Title: Migraines

I went to my GP today as recently I have been having severe headaches, nausea, dizzy spells. He said it was likely to be migraines, I have never suffered from migraines. He said it could be due to HRT. I have been using Evoril conti patches for about 18months and vagifem for 5 years, he said it could be too much oestrogen, but said to carry on! Is this a thing with HRT?

Strange to get headaches after 18months! obviously you are post meno - hence the conti regime. Perhaps dose is too strong and you could cut down a little?
I don't know much about these patches so hopefully someone will be along with some experienced advice.  DG x
