Has anyone tried Macca powder. A friend of mine who has recently started taking it, swears by it and her hot flushes and aches and pains have radically diminished. Could this be the placebo effect?
Because of family history of PAD and strokes, I am not keen to take HRT but wondered how locally applied Vagifem would increase any risks?
Donnarob.

It's always worth looking at all the possible alternatives to HRT donnarob. We have mentioned this product a few times before. If you use the search button in the blue bar at the top left of the page and type in Macafem it will bring up what we has been posted. This is one of the threads http://www.menopausematters.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,22034.msg332537.html#msg332537
Hope it's helpful.
