Not really sure where to put this and I don't think its available in UK, but its up for discussion I think on MM.

I am a member of another menopause US site and this had just been posted on it.

This is a SERMs targeted drug and we have had posts on this.

That's interesting SL - not sure about this bit though

"But Osphena has at least one important side effect that estrogen does not have: It actually raises the risk of hot flashes. In studies conducted for FDA approval, they were reported by 7.5% of women on Osphena, vs. 2.6% on placebo"

I'd try it even with the risk of hot flashes if it cured my VA....

I wonder when it is supposed to be available?
