 :(Hello, would like to here from people experiences of the above tablets v patch, I need to try one my fsh is 100.7 the doctor says its my choice thank :P

I've used patches for over 6 years - but use Estradot not Evorel - and have always been happy with them. I've never taken HRT pills thought so can't compare nor do I take any medication.

Your best choice now may partly depend on how old you are, where you are in meno, whether you've taken HRT before, how you normally react to pills and for example if you suffer from migraines or headaches.

As Stellajane says - in the long term and if you are older, transdermal is usually more advisable.
