Hi lila22
I used Dianette in my thirties as a contraceptive pill as I was always prone to acne (which has settled now I'm peri-menopausal).  It worked well on the skin issues and I always felt fine on it - although I believe it can affect your libido as it is anti-androgenic (works against natural levels of testosterone which can cause the acne issues). I don't have any experience of it for early menopause though.  Might be worth giving it a go and seeing how you get on?
All the best, ER x

I used the Oral Contraceptive pill from when I went through early meno in my late 30's and only went onto conventional HRT when I was in my 40's, it worked really well and I felt a bit younger in my 30s being on the pill than on HRT lol.
