Did anyone see this prog on C4 last night about 6 women average age 80?

I thought it was very inspiring.

Just been talking about on on the phone with my sister, she said it was very inspiring, I missed it so will watch on catchup, and record the rest if it is a series.

Its on Channel 4 at 10pm on Tuesdays.

they all (most?) had the most fantastic figures though, like models, in fact some were.
Very inspiring indeed!  :)

Yes I also wondered whether any of them had used HRT. Discipline seems to be at the forefront of it all - not sure it's something I have!
