Title: BEEN GIVEN HRT TODAY

i went to my lady doctor today and after reading about hrt have decided that I want to take the step of taking it to relieve my symptoms which are sleepless nights loss of sex drive day and night flushes which are sometimes unbearable.mood swings irritability with a few others,was given vagifem which has really helped.

The doctor has proscribed me ELLESTE DUET CONTI TABLETS 2MG ESTRADIOL HEM AND 1MG NORETHISTERONE ACETATE one a day.

Going to start tonight....watch this space! ;D

GOOD

Hopefully they will help, if not bear in mind, there are other HRT options available

Hope things improve soon
