On you and on your partner if you want.

Just use it like you would any lubricant.

It's really not going to fix VA. It may make you less dry for a very short period of time but the only thing that will actually help is oestrogen, either full HRT or vaginally.

If you look at previous posts on the forum regarding VA then you will see that others have tried various things that perhaps work short term but the only "cure" is oestrogen.

I got some and tried it, I find it a bit to sticky compared to some other lubes!

Hi I am on hrt but dont see my GP till the 27th August, so I thought I would try some till then, but my GP did say the other week that the HRT I am on should be enough , just would like to know how to use it either as a lube and just to help for vaginal dryness  :)

Ann did you buy the oil-based version rather than the water-based one?  I would agree that the former is sticky but is meant to go on your partner.

Moonbeam to use it as a lube you just put it where you want it to go!  It isn't any good for curing AV as Honeybun says.

I bought water based. I find Anne summers, water based, not so sticky. This one dried in on my hand really quickly and was then sticky....maybe TMI
