hi, as we all know, we have to be careful we don't use any scented or harsh products. as it can lead to all sorts of discomfort, what does everyone use to wash their smalls, im finding persil non bio good. lol..
-
Hi Fairy is a very good one for sensitive issues :)
-
might try fairy next time, persil non bio, half price at the min at morrisons should be 12 now 6 pound lol..
-
Persil is a good one but Fairy is well know for babies and sensitive skin :)
-
TBH just good old Mr Tescos own ;D
-
What ever supermarket/shop I am in. Persil is known to cause allergies ::) ........... I drip dry in this weather, particularly those special panties which are worn for short periods of time ;) and which men adore ::)
-
I try not to wear them ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
My brother suffers with eczema. Skin specialist told him supermarket own brands are best, apparently less fancy additives. I switched to supermarket own brand several years ago as hubby broke out with Persil, Ariel & Fairy. Skin been fine since.

Lizeeeh - DH often tells me to leave mine off :-X

I use Aldis own brand. Very cheap but recommended by Good Housekeeping Magazine as best results as compared to big brand names.
In fact I buy more and more there. Quality is great and what you save is amazing. I think I save about forty pounds a week.
I sound like the advert now. ;D

Aldi's wine is getting some good reviews too.
Sorry, getting off topic. I use which ever product is on offer. I'm on Surf at the moment.
-
I feel a trip to Aldi coming on ;D
I use whatever is on offer too. Currently Bold or Surf. One I cannot use is Persil. Dont normally suffer from sensitive skin but that just bought me out in a rash. Also, if it is on offer and piled up in bulk by the door into Sainsburys I have to run past as the smell is overpowering.
I also belong to the no knickers brigade in the hot weather.
-
Sorry, but what about crotch double seam chafing? :-\ ::) ;)
-
I usually buy Aldi's own make too, have done for years, although I have to confess, I was in Morrisons and needed powder and I bought the special offer Surf. The offer price was about the same as Aldi, it is 50 washes though, so got a while to go before I go back to Aldi.
The Aldi Colour one is the one I use, keeps colours good, or so it says.

You ve lost me Cubagirl :-\

Only Bridget Jones for me. ;D

Who on earth wears jeans in these temperatures? :o :'(
I only go knickerless under LONG dresses and skirts :) and very cool and comfortable it is too.
-
My jeans are tucked away in recesses of wardrobe. You'd be surprised how many folk I've seen in jeans despite hot weather, my son for one! I would love to have courage to go commando though, under a long dress. I imagine it would be quite liberating.
-
Give it a go CB, you'll never go back!! ;)
-
Need to wait for it to heat up again out there. No way I'm subjecting my toosh to anything under 21 degrees. ;D Only 17 today.
-
I rarely get out of jeans. I feel more comfortable even in hot weather. In a skirt my thighs rub together and stick when I'm sitting down >:( and as for knickerless :o ....... who's to know ;) ......... just don't put a thong anywhere near me :-X
-
I have a confession.... I just bought three pairs of those airtex cotton shorts knickers that old ladies wear. The inside tops of my thighs rub together when it's really hot so I can't wear skirts. I'm hoping these knickers are the answer!! They're really soft and light and comfy - not worn them out yet as the temperature suddenly dropped over the last couple of days. I'm going to dye them black too. I'm going to a dance workshop weekend, camping, this weekend, so hopefully I'll be able to wear a long skirt to dance in and I'll be comfortable!
-
17 degrees Cubagirl? it's 25 here still!!
-
Crept up to 18 degrees. Still got my knickers on. ::)
-
Bought new ones this week - soft and comfy ........ ;)
