Title: Giddy Spells leaky area down below

Hi All
Does anybody else have giddy spells on the menopause which leads sometimes to a bad headache
sometimes blurred vison no ive not been on the drick :D And also wet pants knickers im not sure if im
weeing or if its again something to do with the menopause  :-\ any answers most appreciated .

Are you using pessaries ?

Prolapse?  Have you looked to see if anything has dropped down a bit?

Hi no i dont use anything i dont know if its prolapsed or not
i guess it might be
