This has been a long hard road for the 2 of them finally its 14 weeks and fingers crossed all goes well
I cant beleive it Ive kown for 8 weeks but shes been in and out of hospital
Now she seems OK and and so far 3 scans later (private IVF) Baby is looking healthy and so she
YESSSSSSS Sons going to work 3 days whilel dinlaw works full time SHES A WORLD JOURNO
Both NANS will look after baby the 3 days son works no daycare not yet anyway 2 is abut right
Why take up a place and why put the child in when there 2 NANS both retired both under 60 ready willing and able
IM bloody beside myself yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy dont care boy girl doesnt have to be perfect as long as its healthy

Fingers crossed she remains well for the rest of the pregnancy. When's the due date?

Suzi, such happy news. I always liked to work on the maternity floor as it was the happiest place in the hospital. We'll have to call you Granny soon. Hope smooth sailing from here out.

thats Nana in Nrth WElsh Geoffrey said why not Nana Sue Have to thjnk about that
Geoffrey never knew his granddads his MUM was 40 when he was born
OUR family for at least 3 generations have called Gdads GAGA as kids and Gag as teen and adults
He suggested it himself I didnt want to push him but hes of course seen son call my Dad Gag So!
As a SEN then SEN/Semi RN I couldnt work in Maternity or Theatre nursing would have loved it

Wonderful news Suzi :ola: I have 2 grand children 10 & nearly 12 now, but I remember waiting for the birth of my G.Son, saw him 10mins after and the emotion of just holding him took me back 30yrs to when I held my own Son, so overwhelming...the same feeling exactly when i held my little G.daughter..
