Title: SPOTS!!!!

Has anyone else suffered from spots during the menopause? I have started to get them when my periods due.
I didn't get one even as a teenager!! I know it's the hormone levels that is doing it, but it's so annoying at 52  >:(

YES!!!! Loads of 'em all sorts some weird and some not and none of them wonderful...................
Menopause is rubbish isnt it?

I get them around my jawline, little tiny ones under the skin.   >:(

I get loads of them on my chin some blind spots which are sore and ones under the skin. I haven't a clue where they come from either I have a more healthy diet now, and I wake up in the morning and there they are.

I sympathise. Don't get too many these days thankfully, but used to get terrible boil type ones along jawline. Although I do get a recurring one on tip of my nose. Look like Rudolf at times!

I get tiny ones on my cheeks, not too bad luckily

Definitely along the jaw line, either that or a hair. Trying to keep on top of them and I think the fact I'm always feeling for them I am possible putting germ in the pours with my fingers. I do use a daily face scrub now.

I'm really suffering from this and hate it so much!  Small ones but quite a few of them on one cheek especially and round jawline and sore.  Not on hrt yet, wondering if that would help but wanted to wait a bit as I'm not very far into all this lark yet.

mine are on the chin and sometimes the nose.....not happy :P

Me too and they're bad...June saw huge lumps on chin that spread and had to go back on lymecycline, not so bad this month, but they are awful...think this is a lack of oestrogen thing, but maybe wrong.  Did have them on cheeks and forehead, bridge of nose and now moved more to chin...can't win....I do feel for you all...really knocks your confidence....(plus I note they don't heal as quickly...which makes me think oestrogen.... :'(    Using freederm, fusidic acid, anything else I can think of.

I've been using hydrocortisone cream on mine every few nights before going to bed and hip hip hooray! - it seems to be making a difference.
