Dear Lord, I'm doing quite well today ..so far.   ::)
I have not been  Mean, Grumpy or Nasty or  Spiteful or Rude.
I have not Whined, Complained, Gossiped or eaten any Chocolate.
I have not charged anything to my Credit Card.

But .....I shall be getting out of bed in a minute,
and will be gratefull for all the help you can give me.
Amen.
