I went for my smear test this morning and got chatting to the nurse, as you do legs akimbo.
She is menopausal and doesn't use HRT, tried it once and didn't get on with it.
We were talking about Hot Flushes, she was saying the thing which really helped her with them was Kalms, surprisingly enough.
She had tried menopace also, but Kalms are the things that impressed her. Oh, and they helped with anxiety as well..
She is now 58 and is not having much of an issue with flushes at all at the moment.
Just thought I would mention this - it seemed so unexpected

Kalms did absolutely nothing for my anxiety but flushes ... may be worth a try?

Thats interesting. I used to use Kalms when I got nervous before taking part in carnivals. Not sure they helped that much tbh but would certainly never have thought of using them for meno symptoms. Worth looking into though. Thanks for the post
