Title: married couples tax allowance
Post by: clio on May 27, 2013, 10:09:35 AM
Hi ladies, does anyone know about tax allowance for married couples. Just wondered if I can claim for anything. Tax website only mentions if your born before 1935?

I think that unless one partner was born before 1935 then you can't claim married couples tax allowance clio.  http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/incometax/married-allow.htm#4
