Title: Surprise!...

After a long night of  vigorous lovemaking a guy notices a picture of another man on the womans bedside table.
"Is that you husband" he asks.
"I'm not married" she says.
"Is it your Brother then?" he enquires.
"I'm an only child silly" she says as she snuggles up to him.
Now needing to be reassured he demands to know who the man in the picture is.
"Come on who is he?"
"Wow! you're really hot when you're jealous" says she.
"Well?"  He says
She snuggles closer and whispers in his ear......
"That's ME before the Surgery!"........... :o
