Title: I woke up with a blue face.....meno rash??

This just goes to show how daft I've got recently.
Have struggled with meno side effects plus  foggy brain, severe joint pain, night sweats, flushes etc.  :-\
Been to GP and HRT was contra indicated for me.(health issues)
So iv'e been trying supplements and vits and am now on ADs.
This has caused various changes and side effects of one form or another.  :-\
So when I recently woke up with a bad rash over my face and neck I got quite concerned.
I looked in the bathroom mirror and I looked Blue??   :o :o
I couldn't think what I had taken to cause this.
So decided to have think over a cuppa whilst getting dressed.
During which I sat at my dressing table and cleaned my skin with a cosmetic wipe...low and behold , the blue came off my face??....Then the penny dropped.  ::)
I had recently bought Teal Blue Bedding, and although I DID prewash it, the dye was coming off during my night sweats.
So I was waking up BLUE and covered in a rash.
What a twit.. panic over..xx ;D

This happened with my son some years ago when I got him football bedding, even the wall his bed was up against got dyed!
