Title: Im new!

Hello. Not sure what I'm doing &whether I'm posting this correctly!  ;). I'm 44 & am 6 days into taking Elleste Duet. Bit of a shock being told I'm going through menopause but think deep down have known it for couple of years. Have been suffering with severe mood swings  :-\.
