Finally, a complete guide as what to expect. Some of the things that happen during this process is so hard to believe.

I know this is the wrong place but I can’t figure out how to create a new post about patches -  tried everything . I have posted in the past so not sure if something has changed .  ??? Looked everywhere

My story is probably quite boring as I've opted out of menopause completely on continuous COCP, so I don't have any hormonal drama and my bathroom doesn't look like an abbattoir, but I would like to share my story as I want others to know this option exists - it is NEVER mentioned by any of the so called experts despite being easily accessible and offering multiple health benefits.
