Dies aged 56

Shocked. An unapologetically outspoken person. I never agreed with all she said, but loved her utter passion. Sad news indeed

Her son died last year after being missing for 24 hours :-\

Yes. People are bound to speculate.
Anyone who suffers or has ever had mental health problems will likely sympathise, whatever the actual cause of her death may be, but sadly as is the case generally, others will just want the Big Story, treading on her loved ones hurt and grief to make their own story. I hope she can indeed rest in peace. A troubled soul it seems.

Hello ladies.
I was so sad to hear of the passing of Sinead O'Connor.
I understand that she had been diagnosed with Bipolar years ago but that had been called into question more recently. She also had fibromyalgia which, as we know is very painful and tragically she lost her seventeen year old son to suicide only eighteen months ago. At least she is at peace now.
Take care ladies.

Sad news.
I watched a bit of the tv programme on her last night.
Indeed she was a troubled talented lady.
RIP Sinead O Connor 🌸

She was always unpredictable,I was always nervous watching any interviews with her but I liked her,she was misunderstood, her greatest hit was was written by Prince and the video and her voice for it were just amazing. Hopefully she's with her beloved son now ❣️

Hello again ladies.
I have been watching various performances on YouTube by the late Sinead O'Connor.
She had an awesome talent and if anyone of you lovely ladies is in need of a cry look no further than her rendition of Danny Boy broadcast on an Irish television programme at Christmas (in the 1990s I think). She was extraordinary.
Take care everyone.

The programmes were scheduled prior to the news.
