I am currently trying 3 pumps of estrogel upped from 2 as I still seem to be having symptoms (although maybe they are a bit less on 3 than 2) - waking early, nausea, anxiety, buzzing feelings, etc. I was on Elleste Conti Duet and felt fine on that but wanted to come off and use a more natural Estrogen. My question is how does the gel compare in dosage terms to the Elleste because I am still not feeling 100% on the 3 pumps. I've been on the 3 pumps for about a week now,
Also, does anyone else experience these weird buzzing/vibrating feelings inside almost like an inner shaking thing? Is it low Estrogen?

Hi yes I used to get the awful internal shaking, buzzing thing. It was horribly. It was low oestrogen for me.
Equivalent dosage for a Elleste Duet Conti would be 2 pumps, but that’s only a rough guide .
You will need to give it time for the gel to work x

I have been on the two pumps for 9 months but only just increased to 3. Because I am post menopause I wonder whether I need more Estrogen than I did....?

Its very possible that you do. I'm post meno and on 4 pumps x

Thanks Dotty. I'll keep on the 3 for a while and see if it improves.
