Title: Arrrrggghh Tash Hair!!!!
Post by: Bobidy on January 16, 2020, 09:23:45 PM
Has anybody started with tash hair with testosterone?

I don't know if I'm being totally paranoid but I've noticed some little dark hairs I don't think were there 4 months ago. I've been on Androfemme since end of September.

I'm using a petit pois sized amount each day, which is less than prescribed, and wondering if I should cut back to a couple of times a week or a tiny amount each day?

I've got enough issues with peri without flipping facial hair!

I don't use my testosterone every day Bobidy.  It was 3 times a week when I started and is now twice a week.  I don't have any hairy bits...but I'm lucky anyway because I am pretty fair and wasn't very hairy to start with!  I have a bit of "bum fluff" around  the sides of my face alongside my cheeks and an odd stray hair on the left side of my top lip, but I had all that before testosterone and I think we all get a bit of it anyway?

Maybe read "My CHIN!" thread though I'm not on HRT.  I've had dark facial hair since 11.

It's made no difference to me except at the site where I apply it. I do have more hair growth in areas I don't want it but this was before testosterone so presumably it's an age thing.

Thanks everyone. Yes I have some hair growth where I apply but I'm not fussed about that.

I think I just need to reduce it.

The recommended syringe amount is about twice as much Androfemme as I'm putting on now but even that seems to be too much.

I'll check what Dr Newson says next week. X

Hello ladies

I also think it's more of an age thing.

I never used testosterone but dark hairs have been appearing on my chin for years.  I also think our natural hormones play a part. During my first pregnancy a few long dark hairs grew in random places on my  thighs. I'm 63 and they still appear to this day. Oh the joys etc.

Take care ladies.
