Just heard this briefly on the radio. Forgive me if it’s questionable.  ;D

A man fled the scene after crashing his car in Wiltshire.
He ran into an animal sanctuary, not knowing there was a really aggressive Emu there.
The Emu cornered him, hissing at him, and I think, kicked him in the ribs.
The police were informed, now he’s in custody.  ;D

One up for the animals!  ;D

I read this too! I read he was agressive towards to emu which is why he got pecked. Serves him right!  ;D

Ha ha! Serves him right! I’ll bet they can give you a sore one!
This reminds me of a very funny Michael Parkinson interview with Rod Hull and Emu. “Emu” was misbehaving badly - Billy Connolly was there too. His response to Rod Hull was priceless  :rofl:

It's true.  I heard the news report yesterday  8) how the Chef chased the men who had crashed their car ........ and how 1 ended up being investigated by 1st the emus, followed by the Police  ;D
