Well hey there all was wondering whether to take HRT tablet and gel as I have an autoimmune arthritis and concerned of risk of cancer any help would be greatly appreciated all ty

As far as I understand, the risk of cancer from HRT is not high - you put yourself more at risk by drinking excessive amounts of alcohol or being overweight or smoking.
For a more informed view, take a look on this website under "For Your Information" menu (at the R hand side of the home page), click on "Hormone Replacement Therapy", scroll down through the menu until you come to ">risks".

Hi ModeLover. As Beaky says the risks are minimal.
Tell us a bit more about yourself such as age and meno symptoms if you can. I have a few friends with rheumatoid arthritis and they are all on HRT to ease symptoms and to give a better quality of life.
