Title: Just started HRT, any advice

Hi
Just started taking Kliofem 2mg/1mg mainly to see if it will help with joint pains and anxiety.

Anyone else on this and what sort of relieve did it give you?
How quickly does it work?

Hi. How long have you been taking it for as it's usual to give it three months before you know whether it's the right one for you? I found that, for me, HRT made no difference to my anxiety but joint and muscle pain/stiffness did improve after a month. I'm on patches though which do work faster. Have you had blood tests to make sure your joint pain isn't due to another cause?
