Title: L-theanine anyone
Post by: honeybun on May 16, 2013, 01:28:49 PM
I have been recommended this for anxiety and read some good reviews.

Has anyone tried it.

Hello honeybun, I bought some of this from Nature's Best and have been encouraged enough to buy another tub even though I am partway through the first one. I think it does have an effect but don't take it every day.

I tried it after someone recommended it on here, but sorry to say it didn't help at all.   Which is not to say it might not help some people - it just didn't help me.  But I am used to taking heavy duty psycho-active meds and anything less than that or a hit on the head with a sledgehammer doesn't have very much effect.
If you are one of those people (like my husband) who can take one paracetomol and it has an effect, then I would say try it.

It's ordered so I will report back.

I don't react well to many conventional medicine.....even anti biotic are difficult so my fingers are crossed.

It can't harm so hopefully it may help.

Yes, give it a try and let us know how you get on. I am going back to mine next week - my tum has been a bit troubled so I've been sticking to tummy meds but I think I'll give it another go.  :)
