Nope  ;D >hands over plate<  :cupcake:   I drink full fat Coke most days, because I'm thirsty.  If I was drinking that without anything else and if U are eating cake but not anything else  ;)

Hi Jillydoll,

Who said ‘ You can't have your cake and eat it'?

What a load of tosh...

I prefer ‘ A little of what you fancy does you good' ;D

My problem is ‘define a little'

I cooked a healthy roast turkey lunch for us all with loads of veggies. For dessert We had a very large Salted Caramel Cheesecake from Iceland. OMG it was delicious.

I gave up smoking 14 years ago, I very seldom drink alcohol, I drink diet coke so I dont get many treats in my life these days.

Hi everyone.

Yeah I've had that one too penny farthing, isn't it gorgeous.
Trouble is I could easily eat the whole lot.
That's why I don't buy cakes and creamy things much, because I just don't know when
to stop..lol ent got much willpower when it's sitting in front of me. ::)

I eat the odd chocolate bar in the week, every week tho. Lol  ;D

Well, not cake, but a fabulous little Spanish restaurant that we used to frequent (closed now for over a year  :'()  did kebab-like desserts that were marshmallows and strawberries covered with melted dark chocolate, on a skewer.   Mmmmm!   :P

Nope cake or any sweet treat does very little for me, but get me started on a packet of crisps and some dip and I will polish the entire packet off and also feel terribly guilty. ;D

Hello ladies.

I've recently started making  vegan biscuits, flapjacks and brownies mainly for my  husband as he likes shop bought treats and I thought mine would be better for his waistline. Trouble is fat and sugar are still fat and sugar even if they come from a coconut! Taste good though! I'm going to concentrate on recipes that include nuts, dried fruit and flaxseed in the hope that this will offset the other stuff and add a bit of nutrition. I wonder if Gordon Ramsey has any ideas now that he is going vegan?

Take care ladies.
