Title: HRT Everol 50 Timing
Post by: flossieflossie on March 28, 2024, 12:46:32 PM
Any experience would be greatly appriciated.  I have been using Everol 50 patches for approx. 1 year.  In the last 4 months my cycle has become shorter and is now about 21 days.  This is now putting my patches out of sync with my normal cycle, should I be starting a new box at the beginning of every cycle/when I start bleeding or just keep going working through each box until it catches up.  I've looked online but it just tell's me to expect my periods to change in the run up to the menopause, well no sh1t sherlock  ::)

The official answer is that you carry on with the patches regardless though I suspect this advice came from someone who didn't have to live with the consequences. I changed ro gel/utro, it's much easier to change the hrt cycle length to fit in with your own. Personally I found keeping the hrt cycle in sync with my own was better.
