I've been emailed a request for information about any free resources, supplements, treatments, fitness, exercise classes, referrals to specialists etc.
I thought this would be a good question to ask on the forum.
If you have any info on freebies to help anyone who doesn't have the funds to spare, please post below.
(I should point out that offers of spare medication is illegal and against the forum rules.)
