Title: Feeling dizzy

Hi everyone.

For the last 6 weeks have been on diet, well not so much a diet but eating healthy foods.  I weigh myself once a week.  On todays weigh in, I have lost 12lb in weight, which works out that I have lost 2lb a week over the last 6 weeks.

I am really pleased with myself but after my evening meal, I have started to feel really dizzy and tonight I am getting a tingling feeling in my lips.  As far as I am aware I am eating a balanced diet, although my Son thinks that I am not eating enough.

Has anyone else experienced this after changing their diet?

Depends on how much you were to start with. But you maybe need to ease off a bit as it sounds like your body is rebelling. Maybe not getting the necessary nutrients. I lost nearly 2 stones last year over about 7 months, but never experienced anything like that. I'm no expert mind you & we're all different.
