Title: Health & Her Supplements with a coil?

Hi I have a marina coil fitted and currently use eostrogen gel. Can I stop using the gel, which I don't feel is effective on me, and start taking the Health and Her supplements instead? I used these supplements 6 months ago and they worked better than the combined coil and gel, but just wondering if having a coil will be a problem with starting them? Thanks

Hi,
Maybe just get the coil removed and start afresh?
I’ve never heard of these supplements, what are they ( out of curiosity?)

If you're peri you can continue to use it for birth control. If you're meno there's a possibility your lining will get too thin if you don't use oestrogen.
