We've a lot of things on here that make us feel bad (or just squiffy), what makes you feel good?
For me:
Fresh air and sun - it's getting closer
Dancing dancing dancing
Doing my hair on a morning rather than tying it up in a mess
Having a giggle with friends (even if we do compare symptoms!)
A mad spend on Ebay for new clothes - and getting a big pile of designer clothes for a few pound each.
A good book
Trying out new recipes with help from my girls.
Time out in the hills with my dog and just the sounds of nature.
I would add chocolate to the list but as I'm on a healthy eating phase I'm trying to convince myself otherwise (and I really didn't just have a cream egg with my cuppa) :)

Someone said she's bought lipstick!
For me a new bottle of bubble bath or shampoo
A new book or pile of magazines
Being out in my garden when it's not cold, being busy or sitting by the ponds
Watching the birds collecting nesting material
Watching parent birds calling nestlings out and seeing them fluttering in the shrubs
Northumberland

A great book and a cuppa.
Being in my garden.
Eating things I have grown in the garden.
Spending time with my hubby and my kids.
Shopping with my daughter.
Walking on the sea shore and going for a paddle in the summer.
Yes, getting a bargain on eBay ;D
Watching my kids being the great adults I always thought they would be.
Clean sheets and......
Getting snuggled into bed at night.
Oh and a new bottle of perfume

What a great thread...nice to focus on positives :)
I like walking through the countryside with my DH... love it even more if we have a nice picnic too.
Chilling in the garden with no other sounds other than nature.
Cornwall - especially boogie-boarding at Watergate Bay.
Snuggling up on the sofa with DH and a glass of wine or two (wine only at the weekend)
Clothes and shoe shopping on my own!
Sunshine and comfortable temperatures.
Going out to play on my bike when the weather is nice enough (otherwise it is more like exercise than fun)
Baking bread.
A really good giggle.

My two also. We were all in stitches last time our two were together. So much fun out of the game of Uno. Oh the cheating allegations, but so, so funny! We got into trouble from eldest GD for making too much noise! ;D Has us giggling even more.
As for things which make me feel good.
My family from oldest to youngest.
A special meal out with hubby.
Buying nice clothes.
Being beside seaside.
Nice surprises.

Definitely getting something really nice to wear.
Lying on the floor with the headphones on and listening to some fantastic music with my eyes shut (I know..... ::))
Hubby telling me he loves my "dancing eyes" (his words!)
Hubby's Saturday morning breakfasts
A glass of excellent red wine
Playing the organ
A boiled egg in my nice little ceramic egg cup with the saucer round it, on a Sunday evening, watching Sunday-evening telly.

I love listening to music in the dark, you really "hear" it so much better. Some tracks just lend themselves to it too, I have a Spotify playlist specifically for night time driving.
CLKD it's sad you haven't had a good laugh for years - laughter really is a good medicine. Do you like comedy at all? I love Youtube for however I'm feeling - there's always something on there to make me laugh (search out your favourite comedians); to calm me (lots of meditation videos); make me dance; make me fit; make me motivated; or educate me. Sometimes I start the day by tuning into something funny and it really helps establish my mood for the day. Worth a try perhaps?

Yes. To me, when everything is working well on the "king of instruments" (as it's known), it's like riding the crest of a wave. As I said, only one other thing comes close! ;)
