Hi ladies
Nooby here. Lol. Where do you start. 49 years old and feel like my life and body not my own. Irregular periods. Fiery temper yet sometimes couldn’t care less 🤔Complete memory failure. Been told I’m peri menopause by doctors. Husband thinks I’m loosing my marbles 😂 and kids keep saying for god sake mum sort yourself out. All in all think I’m doing fab 😂😂 not !!!!

You'll fit right in ;D :welcomemm:
Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary is useful to chart progress. Memory fog is common. We have a 'doing stupid things' thread as well as 'that strange woman in my house' ...... :whist:.
There is a good article on the Forum to print and hand to husbands etc..

Thank ladies. Be good to rant about everything and get some info. My friends flew through with no problems. Looks like I got their share 😂
