It's a little out of date in terms of latest thinking amongst specialists. (not a criticism of you for posting!)
There is a definite move away from Prempak and other HRT which uses conjugated oestrogen, because of possible side effects. Shame it's on the list as a routine treatment.
There is also no mention of using separate oestrogens (as a patch or gel) and a progestogen/ progesterone for ALL women, as a long-term sequential alternative to conti HRT, in women who prefer not to have progestogens daily.
It seems very 'tablet' heavy with gel being reserved for women without a uterus whereas in fact many women with a uterus use it along with a separate progestogen/ micronised progesterone.

Yeah I know it's got flaws, but it's one of the clearest general guides I've seen, and acknowledges different progesterone

I think it gives a good visual overview of the different routes. I like to see the whole picture. Some gynaes still prescribe premoack etc as first choice.
