Came across this study regarding zinc and sleep.

From what I’ve read elsewhere it helps sleep latency but not so much REM sleep.
Not sure why they only dose every 72 hours, might be because of nurses shift work?
I take 30mg every night and certainly don’t have any trouble falling asleep.
What dosages to other members take? X
