Hi, has anyone got a recommendation for non-perfumed lubricant?
I am not on any HRT, or taking any other medication as I am very sensitive to many products now.
Welcome any suggestions, so I can try to re-kindfe a sex life with hubby after a very long time of nothing!
thank you, Lori xx

KY Jelly works for me.
Also do read the vaginal atrophy and bladder issue threads. As oestrogen levels drop the skin may become thin and dry, including the vagina.

Water-based: Sutil.
Silicon-based: Pjur Med Premium Glide.

Hi lori, the first one i tried was the tesco one, then tried a few others but some were more sticky, some more expensive, didn't really find anything that suited me better, so went back to it. It's water-based & non-perfumed.
It looks like i've been doing a bit of accidental panic buying though. Whenever i do the online shop, and can't be bothered to go upstairs to see what i need, i just order more. 9 bottles in my bedside cabinet at the moment!

Olive and Bee, it’s made in Australia.
The lady who invented it, thought it was disgusting that there was no natural lube on the market, they were full of chemicals.
So Olive and Bee contains just that, pure virgin olive oil and bee wax and nothing else.
I use it for sex and virginal atrophy

Hi, I’m super sensitive to everything and after a lot of trial and error
This works for me: https://victoriahealth.com/good-glide-personal-lubricant-berry/ they also do a better one with hemp beads in but that’s been out of stock for ages
Plus lotion for him - I use aromatherapy associates cream. https://www.aromatherapyassociates.com/renewing-rose-body-cream.html Not cheap but you don’t need a lot - it has rose essential oil in which is soothing
