I hear about early morning waking. And I do get that but usually if disturbed by a sound or something. I then can't get back to sleep, that's the annoying part.
That aside, the biggest problem for me is I now rarely get tired at night, I don't get sleepy. This is even when I've been really busy with work.
My brain is very active, I want to read and watch things (I do use a blue light filter on screens) at night.
Come the morning I am tired but still cannot sleep if disturbed early.
Pre-menopausal I didn't know why people complained about noise etc, if it were in the morning I would just turn over and return to my dead to the world state
The estradiol patch from evorel sequi seems to give me refreshing sleep, but still i don't get tired at night. I am more likely to sleep through disturbances though.
This morning I had palpitations from my neighbour's washing machine, yet it's not a bad feeling in the room when I'm awake. Wish I'd sleep through stuff.
Any tips on better sleep? Supplements? Thanks ladies
