Peas -  not cooked but straight from the pods.  Must have mint and butter otherwise  :-*

I did manage to get hold of written report of MRI, mild Spondylosis, mild disc degeneration and mild disc bulge. Mild arthritis could possibly be some possible slight nerve pressure, but nothing remarkable. I feel glad nothing too bad was seen, but obviously some of it is the start of a slippery slope. Only bones and tissue around the backbone mentioned, whereas I thought it would see all the way through.

Age related wear and tear.  Because we evolved upright and our heads weight heavily, there is impact upon the spine from top to bottom.

Beginning by checking posture: what we wear on our shoes: how we sit and sleep: our driving position ........... I am starting to bend over, I can see myself in shop windows so have to concentrate about staying in the correct position.

Pilates, yoga, swimming - any exercise that stretches gently.  See a physio who can check your gait and give advice?

How do U feel this morning?

Feel mostly the same every morning, I can put a sock on my left foot no problem but for my right foot leaning towards my foot and lifting it even sitting down is uncomfortable to say the least. Same with all trousers pants or shoes. Also getting stomach discomfort and pressure. All these blooming tests it do tricky getting to the heart of things. Still waiting for biopsy results too. Just want to feel normal and comfortable. I guess we all have that in common xx

I saw my GP, a couple of months ago, regarding hip pain.  I suspected arthritis but it was soft tissue inflammation, specifically tendonitis..  Apparently difficult to treat especially as we get older, due to insufficient blood flow to tendons.

I've had some physio, which helped, but the soreness still comes and goes.  Also my hips are not symmetrical but the physio thinks that's a spinal issue.  I also struggle getting a sock on my left foot 🙄.

Hi Aprilflower, sorry to hear your pain, it’s frustrating isn’t it. Sometimes I attempt to ‘hoopla’ my pants over my foot to avoid pain.😵‍💫My physiotherapist seems to think mild arthritis and an MRI on my back certainly thought so, so she’s probably right about my hip too. They’re difficult places to put right that’s for sure. I hope yours eases up for you xx

Thanks, hope you are feeling better also.

Had a good day today.  It seems getting the exercise balance is key for me.  Too much or too little leaves me stiff and sore but Ibuleve is my new friend 😂
