I add myself to that. I didn't have drawing down feeling but endless bladder trouble and weird sensations. I read Ayesha's experience and started using estriol cream daily and increased my vagifem to alternate days. I still do that twy years on without a day missed but I used estriol externally morning and night with Yes moisturizer. If I get a flare up I use vagifem every night. The flare ups aren't very often though. It takes persistence. I wish I'd known earlier. I've already warned my daughter in law.

Are you using the Yes externally only?

No, also on the inside. I apply it first before I smear on the Estriol cream as I still find it stings if I don't. I use YesVM which is water based, not sure if the oil based one would inhibit the cream from working properly, but I've never tried it.

Are you using the Yes externally only?

I tend to use it more on the outside as that's where my soreness and irritation was. I insert my vagifem with Yes though

Yes I do. I've used all brands and had no problem with any of them. I probably should use Yes moisturizer internally and regularly. Just because I can't see and don't get irritation internally doesn't mean all is well.
