Itchy ear canals

If they're far too big you can roll them thinner in your hands then cut some off with a knife. They're never the right shape immediately but if you leave them in your ears to warm up for a few minutes first it's much better. I put them in as I get undressed them squash them down to plug the gaps later. I couldn't get on with foam ones, they never seemed to be the right shape for my ears!
