Having trawled through the info above I've finally found 'social media accounts' = FB amongst others.  Now I can C it on the R of the page  ::) : talk about late to the party!

I would never do a search for Menopause Matters, if I did I would be flooded with anything and everything to do with women's health and the stream of friend suggestions on my feed that I will end up with.

I am on so called private groups, gardening, our new estate we now live on, and I am inundated with friend suggestions from all my neighbours courtesy of Facebook, so intrusive!

Best to keep your distance from Big Brother!  ;)

I think I'll take a look then. OH wanted new blinds so guess what I'm seeing every second I look at the laptop  :bang:

;D. did he decide eventually ?

I know what you mean about Facebook being really intrusive with all the friend suggestions and ads. I went looking for some recipes on one of the groups, and suddenly my feed was full of kitchen gadgets and people from that group popping up everywhere, which got a bit much.

If you're managing a page or want to share quotes with your group, I found it easier to use tools that help format posts ahead of time. I’ve tried https://voqli.com/ where you can make and export quote images for Instagram, especially if you don’t want the hassle of signing up or messing around with lots of design stuff. Just makes the whole social media thing a bit quicker, might be worth a look if you post quote images a lot.

I've learned how to stop notifications from the several FB groups that I drop into.  It really brings out some keyboard warriors too  ;D.  Sadly on village FB Mods don't always remove slamming even when reported  >:(
