On my first month of the oestrogen patch/ utrogestan tablets (days 15-26)) and had my last tablet on Tuesday- I’ve still had no bleed and am worrying! I’m peri menopausal so still producing a small amount of my own hormones and was having irregular periods before starting this. If anybody has any advice or reassurance I’d really appreciate it x

Why question good fortune?!

This is not a problem at all. Bleeding doesn't always occur with cyclical HRT, either regularly or at all.

You presumably always knew that your periods were going to stop some day, and if that's now (unless you were hoping for a baby) it's fine!

If you remain bleed free then you could consider changing to continuous sooner rather than later.

The most important thing is that you feel well on your treatment.
