CLKD:
If morning suits U continue rather than upset where you are now.  I took it at bedtime to ease early morning surges.

I took sertraline which was ok for a few years then came off. 4 months ago I tried to go back on but the side effects were too bad. I tried venlafaxine a few weeks ago and lasted 6 days! It was horrific. Any recommendations of any that aren't really really bad to get on especially the nausea and increased anxiety. I know this time i have to persevere more.

Hi,

I had an extreme reaction to Serraline, literally after the first tablet.

Prozac is the only other one I have taken (two six months periods) and had no side effects.  It might be worth a try.  I found it levelled my mood so I didn't feel any high stress or particularly highly happy mood.  I think it's good for getting your feelings back in balance and I wouldn't hesitate to take it again, if needed.
