Weird random rush of sick feeling

Hello I’ve been getting this weird thing.
I was on estalis 50/250 patches but in Australia they have been unavailable since March so seeing as they caused bleeding I’ve taken a break.
I took them for the hot flushes and was not getting them until a week or so ago they have returned

Three times now I’ve had this weird sensation out of the blue, I feel hot, nauseous like the vomit feeling with the tingling throat and stomach, then I feel weak and sick. Twice I’ve felt weak and strange for a few hours and once it lasted about a minute. Is this from the hot flushes? It’s horrible and I get scared because I don’t know what’s happening. I’m pretty sure they all happened when u wasn’t on patches but not 100%

CLKD:
Could well be hot flushes.  A sudden drop/rise of hormones may caused intense nausea - I've never taken HRT but at certain times of my cycle I would feel suddenly very sick.  I knew where every waste bin was in stores etc..

Not too bad. I may eat a bit too much chocolate  ;D
But I’m careful on what I eat

One can never eat too much chocolate

MayB try grazing for 3 weeks - if U get out of bed in the night, have a small ginger biscuit to eat.
