Femoral nerve impingement with silent sciatica

I saw the physiotherapist yesterday and she diagnosed osteoarthritis which has really depressed me as it’s incurable 😭.

My gp said the next step would be to be referred to an orthopaedic doctor but I would agree that an osteopath would be more appropriate.


I am about to order some type 2 collagen which contains a herb boswellia serata or something which I’m a bit apprehensive about taking because my body hasn’t reacted well to herb supplements.
