I mean, without cervix, uterus and ovaries transvaginal scans, smear tests etc would not be required. There'd not be vaginal atrophy, maybe thrush or other conditions. But I can't see what biologically female problems down there could happen in am artificially constructed vagina. I honestly don't know. Infections maybe? In which case surely a GP or whatever doctor is responsible post surgery? This is me being ignorant though, as I genuinely can't think what could happen 🤷♂️
Oh I know songbird, I think the media like to make things worse than they really are.I do think that if a trans woman,has completely changed to a woman,all the ops etc,then they should be treated as a woman but not these idiots who slap on some make up and SAY they're a woman
