I would go back to evorel 50 but cut a piece off it so you get a lower dose. If you find it isn'teenough you can increase slightly. Sore boobs usually settle over time it some people find they have to increase more slowly than others. I had an allergic reaction to evorel but am fine on gel. It seems to be the carrier in it which is specific to the manufacturer so you should find something you're OK with.
