Still having weird dreams.  i woke up about 3 am thinking that the front door bell was ringing.  I went back to sleep for a short while and same thing happened, convinced the bell was ringing.  Hubby was snoring and nobody else was awake so I must have dreamt it.    i then spent ages awake thinking someone was going to come in the bedroom!

Wonder what tonight will bring?

Oh PF I used to hear the 'phone ringing and sometimes it was, DH was on 24/7 on-call  ::).  He, needless to say, never heard it  ;D

Much better than earlier but tired as I slept little last night.

Feeling positive, extra half pump of oestrogel seems to be improving my insomnia. So exhausted lastnight about 7pm felt like someone had taken my batteries out & I was on shut down. OH said I was chalk white. Although stirring & getting up for the loo, sweats have definately reduced and the night stomach cramps!! :).
Hope everyone has a nice, relaxing weekend. x

Maybe we will see blue sky at some point. It will be pretty looking out at the snow capped hills. Glad your feeling less grumpy today, I suppose sometimes we never really know why we feel like that and then other times there can me a multitude of reasons. Safe journey home! x

I've had issues in recent weeks: thinking of someone not seen/spoken to for ages then the next day they pop up  ::).  Happened 11 times since C.mas  :o.  Trouble is, I have 3 people in my past that I never want to hear from again but of course: they are in my thoughts this week  :-\  :'(.  Not sleeping hardly.  Dramatising.  Am waking very low.  Very agitated in the day, jump when the 'phone rings, dread the mail arriving ......... hopefully time will help especially if they don't appear out of the gloom.

2 people I think of every day haven't shown and I miss them so much.

My better half isn't feeling well today, he's back in bed which I can't remember him doing before  :( hopefully it's just a cold that's made him so tired today. Anyway while I was out this morning he lay on the settee and watched the Life of Brian, he went to bed I put the news on and Terry Jones has died today  :o he hadn't watched the film for years.

It's odd how you think of someone and next thing you hear from them.
