Iíve been the same Robin, the last few days.
Although Iíve had a lot to deal with, with family and what not, and Iíve been
crying a lot, and over analysing everything as usual. Felt really down.
My eating hasnít made things easier either, which in turn makes things a whole lot worse.
Trouble is, when I feel like crap, I donít want to eat, but Iím glad when I do, stupid ent it...
And my son and OH, make sure I eat something.
I do feel a bit better tonight, funny enough, so hopefully itíll continue tomorrow too.
Hope you start to feel better soon , we have these times, up n down, donít we, itís just
hard getting through em.....

It helps to share it and know you're not the only one.

I'm the same with food. It gets harder to eat the worse I feel. I do eat because I know I feel worse if I don't but I'm forcing it down because I feel so full. Hubby made tea and I ate what I could.

Life is certainly a rollercoaster with these pesky hormones!

Hope tomorrow's better for you too Jillydoll and anyone else out there who's struggling

Yes CLKD
Sometimes thatís all I want, not a proper meal, but things like
youíve listed, and I suppose, as long as youíve got some kind of fuel
inside you, then the better it is... as long as itís healthy too.
Keeps you stable, because I do know that when I have eat something after
fasting nearly all day, I feel better.

Iíll have to get some of those protein bars in, havenít had any for ages...

We are no longer built to fast.  I suppose in our cave dwelling days when the man went out to hunt the woolly mammoth ....... we ate when food was available.  Up with dawn, bed at dusk.  Necessity to stay safe.  Think of the big cats/wild dogs - hunt, eat, sleep.  But we have stuff to do  ::) which means that our bodies require fuelling on a regular basis.

I have pots of nuts etc. all round the house; in the car; in the camper van.  To pick at ............ I can't food shop if I'm hungry or queasy  :-\.  If I forget or miss a meal then I really suffer the next day.  On Monday evening I was too bloated to eat a meal, I had crackers and butter at 11.00 p.m. [far too late] and felt queasy most of Tuesday until we realised that my body was 'lacking'!  Note to Self  :kick:

Yep, today I will buy grazing food, so that if I donít want
a proper meal, I can Ďgrazeí. :)
As long as itís healthy....
I have.... yes I know youíre all be shocked, ......quit chocolate.!!!!!  ::)
Maybe Iíve been having some kind of withdrawal symptoms.. thatís why
Iíve been feeling so low. I did eat chocolate nearly everyday, now not at all
for about 2weeks all in all. And Iíve lost a couple kg to boot... ;D
