The fact that you are not bleeding when you stop the utrogestan does seem to imply that your lining is very thin. Can you not book a scan to see whats going on. Do you not need oestrogen as well as you are very young to be without, sorry dont know much about PCOS.

I could try provera again but if there is no lining after 3 months there won't be one next month probably. I will ring my gp again and say I need to speak to someone properly. The gp on the phone said it wasn't really a concern so who knows. She suggested just going on the mini pill and that will stop any lining growing but also won't be as risky for me as taking combined pill.
